MATER LAKES COLLEGIATE ACADEMY ATTENDANCE POLICY

Daily school attendance will be taken every scheduled school day. A student is considered absent to school if the student is not present at the moment the attendance is taken.
A student must get their absence excused in order to get make up work from their teachers.
All admits will need to be turned in by the student only in the library before 7:30am (High School) and 8:30am (Middle School) during lunch, and after school until 3:00pm only. Admits will only be accepted in the main office from 3:00pm-3:45pm.
Only physical notes turned in by student will be accepted. No admits/parent letters will be accepted via email or fax.

Asistencia diaria a la escuela será tomada cada día en nuestro calendario escolar. Los estudiantes son considerados ausentes si el o la estudiante no está presente al momento que se tome asistencia. Cada estudiante deberá justificar las ausencias para reponer asignaciones o tareas pendientes con sus maestros.
Todas las justificaciones o excusas de ausencias deban ser entregadas a la biblioteca por el estudiante solamente antes de las 7:30am (High School) y las 8:30am (Middle School), durante el almuerzo o depués del horario escolar 3:00pm solamente. Justificaciones o excusas solo seran aceptadas en la oficina principal desde las 3:00pm hasta las 3:45pm.
Solo se aceptaran notas fisicas entregadas por el estudiante. No se aceptaran excusas por correp electronico o fax.
